Opening Up the Kitchen
This project saw us make a few simple changes that significantly impacted the overall appearance of our client’s kitchen. We removed the center portion of the wall that separated this space from the living room to open up the floor plan. This change allowed people to move freely in the kitchen while creating space for the potential design layout. We also included a new kitchen island with an overhang bar countertop.
Our kitchen and bathroom remodeling team changed the area’s small, U-shaped layout into a fully open one, making it ideal for hosting friends and family. To the right, you will see a door to the outside, which was previously a small dining area. We also added more storage space, floor-to-ceiling cabinetry, a new mini-cooler, and the same luxurious stone slab countertops found in the rest of the kitchen.

Oceanview Condo Remodel
For this project, our client wanted to replace the beige tones of their condo with bolder contrasts and darker accents for a sleeker look. Our kitchen and bathroom remodeling team updated the bathroom and provided new paint, flooring, cabinetry, and appliances.
Inside and Out Renewal
We updated the exterior of our client’s home by adding new siding, paint, and front and back patio awnings. Our kitchen and bathroom remodeling team also incorporated extra closet space into the master bedroom and converted the garage into an indoor space. For the home’s interior, we provided a complete kitchen refresh with new floor tile, stunning wall paint, and modern kitchen cabinets. In addition, we created a new office space.
